Jill grew up in Texas and moved to Kentucky in 2009 to attend the University of Kentucky where she received a Bachelor of Science in Equine Science and Management
While in college she spent several seasons sales prepping yearlings and showing horses at sales.
Already spending years advancing her horsemanship skills, upon graduation she began working for Warrendale Sales. It was there that she developed a passion for the public sales environment. During that time she was able to build a solid foundation for what goes into producing a successful sales consignment.
In 2018, Jill joined the team at Claiborne Farm as Client Relations and Sales Manager. In that position, she oversaw all aspects of the public sales consignment, as well as worked on outside sales recruitment, growing the consignment considerably during that time. She also assisted with private sales and handled client communication throughout the year.
Jill serves as a board member of the Kentucky Thoroughbred Farm Managers’ Club and has also worked closely with the Consignors and Commercial Breeders’ Association since 2014.
